Printer Repairs
Print Absolute offer an excellent and responsive service to any calls for printer repairs. Our engineers are able to repair on-site, as well as, remover the printer, offer you a loan machine and repair your printer back in our workshop.
We aim to visit and investigate your printer problem or enquiry within 24 hours of receiving your call and we will always give you an estimated time of how long we think it will take to repair. If you wish, we will provide you with an estimated cost of the repair before the work is carried out.
There are no hidden costs
If we think it would be in your interest to replace the printer rather than repair it, we will always tell you.
Print Absolute not only offers an excellent response with regard to printer repairs, we also offer very competitive rates. Quotes for repairs can be provided on request and this will help you decided whether you would like to have the printer repaired or whether you would like to replace it, our engineers are happy to discuss the options available to you.
8am – 8pm – 7 days a week
Print Absolute offers a service that none of our competitors offer; we offer a call-out service for printer repairs that operates 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm! Regardless of the day, Print Absolute will be available to discuss your printer problem with you and will be able to advise you when they will be able to come and repair your machine. All quotes for repairs will be provided at the time of enquiry.
Maintenance Contracts
Print Absolute recognises how important it is to any individual or company that your printer is reliable and in good working order. We offer an extensive range of maintenance contracts to ensure that your printer/s remain in excellent working order.
The contracts that we offer are very flexible to suit your requirements and we are also able to carry out maintenance work out of hours to avoid disruption to your business, staff and customers. Printer Sales
At Print Absolute we are proud of the wide range of used printers that we are able to offer individuals or companies to purchase. Whatever your requirements, our experienced engineers will be able to offer advice on the printer that will best suit your needs.
All of our secondhand printers are in excellent condition and all have low page counts (low mileage). All machines will receive a service before being sold to you and, where necessary, parts will will be replaced and the machine fully tested before it leaves our workshop. All secondhand printers are sold with a 60-day Return-To-Base (RTB) warranty.
Printer Spares and Consumables
At Print Absolute we sell an extensive range of consumable products and spares including branded and compatible cartridges, refill kits and toners for all makes and models including: Canon, Epson, HP and many more. Please contact one of engineers for further details and a price list of the products that we have available.
Areas Covered
Print Absolute has engineers that are able to cover all areas within a 100-mile radius of Cambridge City Centre. An example of some of the areas that we currently work in are Huntingdon, St Ives, Cambridge, Bar Hill, Royston, Newmarket, Essex, London, Northampton, Leicester, Kettering, Peterborough and many, many ore towns and villages surrounding Cambridge. Just let us know where you are based and we will be able to tell you whether we have engineers covering your area.
If you are purchasing a printer from Print Absolute, we are able to deliver and install the printer at your premises if you located in one of the areas that we cover, otherwise, the printer will be sent to you by courier. The cost for these services will be made to you when you purchase the printer.
Printer Recycling
At Print Absolute we care about the environment and we recognise that too many unwanted items go to landfill. We are aware that printers are difficult to recycle but where possible we will recycle parts from old or unwanted printers and use them on machines that are in working order. We will try our utmost to repair all the machines that we work with, rather than just replacing them with new, and where it is not possible to repair them they will be dismantled and the parts recycled separately.
Guarantee and Warranty
At Print Absolute we are confident about the excellent services that we offer and because of this we guarantee all the work that we carry out. All repairs carried out by our engineers carry a 3-month warranty and all parts fitted during the repair carry a 12-month warranty.
On Call
7 days a week, 8am – 8pm
Print Absolute offers an 8am-8pm call out service for printer repairs, 7 days a week. If we are unable to repair your printer on-site, we will offer you a loan printer while yours is in our workshop being repaired.
Cambridge Printer Sales
We also offer a wide selection of used printers for sale. All of our printers will be delivered to you in excellent condition and come with a 60-day Return-To-Base (RTB) warranty.
